Now that you’ve made your unit selection and reservation, the Sales Team will be following up with you as we prepare your Sales & Purchase Agreement. Once the required payments are received and the property registration fees are paid to the Land Department, your unit will be officially registered.
In the meantime, you will be receiving your Login credentials to our development portal. The portal will keep you informed of the registration process, access to the site webcam and updates about construction progress of your future home at Terraces Marasi Drive.
During the coming weeks, you’ll receive more notices and newsletters from our Homeowner Services Team. Within the newsletters we will be highlighting the amenities and services that you will soon be enjoying in your new home, introductions to some of our team members and even ideas on how to decorate your new residence!
